This easy taco hack makes delicious bite sized tacos using tortilla chips that are a tasty appetizer or fun meal.
Mini Tacos Recipe
Here is how to make these bite-sized tacos for your next gathering or for an easy meal.
Ingredients:
- Round Tortilla Chips
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Refried Beans
- Salsa (or another dipping sauce)
We made these tacos vegetarian, but you can definitely add taco meat, shredded chicken or another protein if you desire.

To get started on these tacos, you will want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Lay out your tortilla chips onto a baking sheet.
You will need one chip for each mini taco that you want to make.
Use a can opener to open your refried beans and generously add beans to each chip.
You can also add other proteins if desired.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake the tacos for 5 minutes and remove them from your oven.
Carefully fold each chip in half to create tacos.
Be sure to use caution as you do this as they will be hot.
Serve your tacos immediately with salsa, queso or another favorite dipping sauce recipe.
