You can’t beat a tasty sandwich filled with your favorite combinations, and sliders make sandwiches into easy portions that are fun to eat.
We’ve been sharing some of our favorite sandwiches lately on Two Kids and a Coupon, and next up is a slider recipe that is sure to please your whole family.
Quick and easy to make with only a few ingredients, this kid-friendly meal is simple to customize and can also be a great way to use up leftover ham.
Filled with hearty ham, creamy Swiss cheese and topped with garlic, butter and poppy seeds these easy sandwiches are great for a cheap meal or for entertaining.
This recipe is easy to halve, double or triple depending on the size of your crowd.
We used a 9 x 9 baking pan for the amount of sandwiches shown here, but you can definitely use a bigger pan when making more.
Ready in just 25 minutes, you can serve these sliders with soups, veggie sides, air fryer chips or another favorite.
Easy Baked Ham and Cheese Sliders Recipe
Here is how to make this delicious sandwich recipe for dinner, game day, March Madness or any time!
Ingredients:
- Sliced Ham
- Swiss Cheese Slices
- Dinner Rolls
- Poppy Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
- 1/2 Tbs Garlic
- Mustard (optional)

To get started, you will want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Slice the rolls in half as shown, placing the bottom half of the rolls in your baking dish.
Add a generous layer of ham on top of the rolls.
Next, add a layer of Swiss cheese. Swiss cheese not your thing? Add a layer of cheddar or another favorite.
Then, add another layer of ham and Swiss cheese for your baked ham and cheese sliders.
Place the top half of the rolls on top of your sliders.
Stir the garlic into the melted butter. Using a silicone brush, coat the dinner rolls in garlic butter.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake the sliders for 12 minutes. Serve with mustard or another favorite sauce recipe.
