Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Ricotta
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- Fresh Rosemary
- Fresh Thyme
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, add the ricotta and beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy, which will take about one minute.
Spread into a dip serving dish.
Drizzle with the olive oil.
And then drizzle with the balsamic vinegar.
Sprinkle dried cranberries on top of the whipped ricotta dip.
Finish off with fresh thyme, rosemary and red chili pepper flake as garnish if you so desire.
