- ½ c brown sugar
- 1 T mustard

Directions:
To get started on this Cracker Barrel meatloaf recipe, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
You will want to line a baking sheet with sides with a sheet of parchment paper or aluminum foil and spray a light coat of non-stick cooking spray to prevent it from sticking.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

Whisk the mixture to combine. Set this sauce aside to use shortly.

Now it’s time to mix up the meatloaf itself.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, green pepper, eggs, cheese, milk, crushed Ritz crackers, salt and pepper.

You want to mix it well and make sure that there are no hidden pockets of unmixed ingredients.

Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a rectangular shaped loaf.
You will want the size to be about 10 inches long and 4 inches wide.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and coat in a thick layer of the glaze that you mixed earlier.

Return the loaf to the oven and continue to bake for an additional 20-30 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into the center of the loaf reads 160 degrees.

Remove from the oven and allow the meatloaf to rest for approximately 5-10 minutes while you prepare any side dishes.
