Here is how to make this holiday inspired bark for your family.
What is Christmas Bark?
Basically, this popular holiday recipe is a combination of melted chocolate spread onto a baking sheet or another flat surface and then topped with various themed toppings including candies and sprinkles.
The beauty of this treat lies in how simple it is and the endless possibilities for customizing it with your favorite holiday candies and sweets.

Christmas Bark Recipe
Ingredients:
- 10 oz Bag White Chocolate Candy Melts
- Christmas Sprinkles
- Christmas Baking Candies
- Peppermint Candies (whole or crushed)
We used cute multicultural Christmas candies from Target, you can use any candies you like for this recipe.
Look for these edible Christmas candies in the baking aisle or Christmas section at your local grocery store. You can also find a fun selection here.
Instructions:
To get started melt the white chocolate per the instructions on the package.
You will want to pour or spread the chocolate onto parchment paper.
You can do a rectangle shape by using a parchment paper covered cookie sheet, or to form a holiday shape like this Christmas tree, use a tree shaped cutting board or serving tray with parchment paper.
Once your chocolate is spread out, you will want to add your toppings quickly before it starts to cool.
To start decorating add Christmas sprinkles.
You can then add peppermints to decorate the bark.
Crush the peppermints if you prefer or leave them whole.
You also can add any other Christmas candies you desire.
Once you have your bark decorated the way you like, place the bark in the refrigerator to harden.
Once the bark has fully hardened, break into pieces and enjoy.
