This delicious sauce takes about 2 minutes and makes about 6.5 Ounces.
Refrigerate the mayo after mixing until you’re ready to use it.
Freezing this recipe is not recommended since it does change the flavor and consistency. Here is what you need to make it.

- ½ Cup Real Mayo
- 2 Teaspoons Adobo Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- ½ Teaspoon Chili Powder
- ⅛ Teaspoon Salt
Directions:
Combine the mayo, seasoning and sauce for this chipotle mayo recipe in a small mixing bowl.
Juice your lime and add the juice.
Mix everything well until combined.
You can mix by hand or use a stand mixer. Whatever is easiest to mix everything completely.
