Easy Roasted Italian Potatoes

Who else is cooking a lot more than they used to? I guess until this whole social distancing thing happened, I didn’t realize how much our family went out to eat. Now that we are staying at home all the time and making (almost) all of our own meals we’ve had to come up with some new meal ideas to add to our menu.

Potatoes are always an affordable and tasty side dish and can be prepared in so many different ways.  We love baked potatoes and fried potatoes and have also been doing some different roasted potatoes for variety. (Check out these Easy Ranch Oven Roasted Potatoes). I didn’t realize until recently that it was so easy to make delicious roasted potatoes that are a perfect side dish for entrees or grilling. With just a little olive oil and seasoning you can whip something up for your family in just a few minutes. Here is how to make Italian Roasted Potatoes on a sheet pan for your next meal.
