My kids love to help out in the kitchen and in addition to meals, we love to make fun sweet treats for our family and our friends to enjoy.
This easy monster inspired cupcakes recipe is a super fun and silly recipe to make with kids, and they will love to create their own creature creations!
Monster Cupcakes Recipe

To make these cute cupcakes, first, you’ll need to bake your favorite cupcakes. Either make them from scratch or use your favorite box cupcake mix.

We used Funfetti frosting for our cupcakes, but any store-bought or homemade frosting will totally work.
If you want the frosting a little neater, you can pipe it on versus traditional frosting. We used the Wilton open star piping tip.

After you frost your cupcakes, pour your sprinkles into bowls divided by color and carefully dip the cupcakes into the sprinkles.

Next, create your cupcake creatures with crazy faces!
Use candy eyes, candy horns, candy mouths or whatever else you can think of!
