Hot Potato Christmas Version
Have everyone sit in a circle and then you can either set a timer or play some music.
Start by having everyone pass around two gifts. Then, when the timer goes off or you stop the music, whoever is holding a gift is out of the game and keeps that gift.
Keep doing this until everyone has a gift.

Musical Chairs Christmas Version
Place some chairs in a circle in the center of the room and place one gift on each chair.
Then, play a Christmas song and have everyone walk around the chairs until the music stops.
Then, the seat they stopped it is the gift they can open.

Guess the Fact Christmas Style
As each person comes in with an item for the game, write a number on the present. Then, give the person who brought the gift a piece of paper with the corresponding number.
On the back of that paper, have them write down a fact about themselves. Fold up the slips of paper and place them in a large bowl.
To start the game, you read the fact to the group but don’t mention the package number.
The first person to correctly guess the fact gets the corresponding gift, then they are out of the game. Continue the game until there is the only gift left, which of course is the party game host.
Dice Christmas Game
One of the most popular gift exchange games can be played with dice. To begin, each player randomly chooses a wrapped gift. Then everyone take turns rolling a die for directions. Play 1 round or as many as desired.
