It’s 8 days into the new year, are you still sticking to your resolutions? I have to admit a crazy work and home schedule has me doing not so well on mine. My intentions to eat healthier are good, but it’s tough, especially when you’re really, really, REALLY craving a sweet treat.

So it’s 10 at night, husband is working the overnight, the kiddies are in bed and I really want ice cream. However given that I’ve not done so great on sticking to my diet so far this new year, I know I need to pick a healthier bed time snack. Now fortunately for us yogurt lovers, there’s now a great new solution available in your grocer’s frozen aisle. Yoplait Yogurt is available now frozen and has been transformed into Yoplait Original and Greek Frozen Yogurt Pints and Bars.

Now we’re big yogurt folks here at 2 Kids and a Coupon and my little man would live on Yoplait and Gogurt alone if I would let him. So it didn’t take too much arm twisting to get me to try out these new frozen concoctions from our favorite yogurt. A great source of calcium, protein and live and active cultures, this is a cool way to get a sweet treat and still stick to your diet too. I’ve tried a couple flavors of Yoplait’s frozen yogurt recently and loved them all. It’s nice to have a tasty dessert and still feel good about what I’m eating. I’m just not going to tell the kids about it until we get more so that I don’t have to share, OK?!  LOL
