    I usually won’t buy unless it is on sale, and I love to have coupons from JC Penny, Belk, etc. Sometimes you can really get a lot for what you would have paid for just one item.

  3. I save the most when I can combine a store coupon with a manufacturer’s coupon for the same item. I find drug store chains often have a lot of store coupons in their circulars. You can usually also use a manufacturer’s coupon for the same item. Surprisingly drug store chains often have very good prices on staple items such as flour and soup. Some people also don’t know that you can usually use two coupons when buying BOGO free items – one coupon for the item you pay for and the other coupon for the free item.
